What is nelson headlock?

Nelson Headlock is a wrestling move that involves using an arm to wrap around an opponent's neck while the other arm is used to secure the wrist of the same arm. This creates a "lock" around the neck and restricts the opponent's movement. The nelson headlock is often used as a technique to gain control over an opponent or to weaken them before executing another move. The move is named after wrestler George Hackenschmidt's famous finishing move, the "Hackenschmidt toe-hold with back hammer and headlock."
